By accessing and using Suprenv ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Suprenv provides hosted ZeroClaw AI agent infrastructure. The service includes isolated Docker containers running ZeroClaw, Telegram bot integration, AI provider configuration, team collaboration features, and persistent memory storage. ZeroClaw is an open-source AI agent runtime written in Rust.
Suprenv offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, but are not guaranteed.
Each subscription includes a specific number of ZeroClaw agents. Each agent runs in an isolated Docker container with allocated resources (RAM, vCPU, storage). Standard limits are sufficient for typical AI assistant workloads. If you require additional resources, contact us with your use case—we may adjust limits at no extra cost.
ZeroClaw integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). You are responsible for:

Your ZeroClaw agents store conversation history, memories, and configuration in persistent storage. While we implement backups and redundancy, you are responsible for exporting any critical data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from account termination, prolonged service suspension, or force majeure events.
Team ZeroClaw agents allow multiple users with shared memory. As a team owner, you are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data and the service. We may provide a grace period for data export at our discretion.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
ZeroClaw is open-source software. Your use of ZeroClaw is subject to its open-source license (MIT). The Suprenv hosted service is a proprietary offering that builds upon ZeroClaw. You may choose to self-host ZeroClaw independently using the open-source project.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPRENV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suprenv from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
